Introduction

We are pleased to present the 8th Eucalyptus Bowl Blood Bowl Tournament. The tournament will be held from Saturday 7 to Sunday 8 July 2012 in Sydney.

Please note that Game 1 and Game 5 are played over lunchtime. You have an additional hour for this round to both eat your lunch and complete your game. Please ensure you have found your opponent and agreed lunch plans with them prior to starting your game or going off for lunch.

Running Late

Please call Virral on 0410 595 935 if you know you will be late so we know when to expect you. If you are late and games have already commenced you may not be able play. We will try to ensure you do play, but if there are no other coaches available or there is insuffient time to complete a game then you will miss the game. If you miss a game then you gain no tournament points for the round.

Timekeeping

Unfortunately we do not have an unlimited time to play our games so you should try to play at a brisk pace. You should ensure that you finish games promptly. One game finishing 20 minutes later than everyone else means everyone else has to wait 20 minutes longer for their next game to start. If that happens every round then we will finish an hour later than planned. That might not matter to you - but others may have flights or trains to catch. As such you may be penalised for failing to finish games on time.

The Venue

Once again we will be playing at Burwood RSL. This is very close to Burwood train station and has ample parking. Being an RSL there is food and drink easily available at the venue at reasonable prices and all the facilities you´d expect of a RSL. Under 18s can attend but please ensure you let us know before hand so we can arrange appropriate supervision.

Things You Need To Bring

  • This rules pack
  • Your team - it should be painted and the models easily distinguishable
  • At least 2 copies of your team roster
  • Blood Bowl board, dugouts & counters
  • Blocking dice, d6 and d8 dice
  • Throw-In, Scatter & Pass templates
  • Competition Rules Pack
  • If you are playing Chaos Pact, Underworld or Slann please bring a copy of their rules for your opponents information
  • Pen & Paper
  • Super glue (for those last minute repairs)

Things You Need To Sort Out

  • Spending money for breakfast, lunch & dinner, as well as any drinks
  • Transport to and from the event
  • Accommodation
